LETTER 2

Dear Mr. Turner, 

I am Le Thi Thu Cuc, who came to the United States as a political asylee in HO program (Humanitarian Operation).

I have opened an office treating incurable diseases such as ulcer, diabetes, congenital blindness or deafness, autism, AID, etc. with the method invented by me in 1987, called «Neuro Reflexology Treatment», for over 36 years and 6 months (3 years in Vietnam and 33 years in the USA).

This «Neuro Reflexology Treatment» is a therapeutic method based on the physiology anatomy and the autonomic nerves system, it needs neither any medicine, nor acupuncture needles. We only skillfully use various rollers (as shown in picture below) to stimulate the nerves ending of the body, and to create reflex to the central nervous system which effects all the body’s system and all the organs to improve the circulation and to nourish and rejuvenate the cells of the body. So, the body’s organs will be regulated, properly controlled and indirectly energized. Thereby the disease will be cured.

With my «Neuro Reflexology Treatment», I have been also devotedly serving American veterans and many other ethnicities in Houston for the past 33 years and 6 months, because of that, I have been awarded by 4 generations of mayors: Lee Brown, Bill White, Barkers, and Turner, who offered me certificates of merit; and President Bill Clinton, President Chen Heng (of Cambodia), Senator John Cornin, Judge Robert Eckels, Congressman Al Green also honored me as an Annual Outstanding Citizen.

By the way, I enclose my business card with my treating method named «Neuro Reflexology Treatment», which has cured successfully many incurable diseases with proving records and images taken before and after the treatment.

So TV 8 of Houston Public Media and VOA radio have come to my office to interview Patients with Multiple Sclerosis. TV 8 has shown many times the images of patients who have been cured.

My treatment has successfully awakened many patients who had been suffering coma for many years. It even cure AIDS disease.

I met you and took some souvenir photos with you in Houston during the inauguration ceremony of the American-Vietnamese soldiers monument built by District Councilman J. Edward Pollard.

At that time, I noticed that you had lost a lot of weight and looked very tired, that may have been the symptoms of what you’re going through now.

So, I earnestly ask you to allow me the honor of taking care of you with my medical treatment to help you gain your health, regain your vitality to serve your people more durably.

Chúng tôi chỉ khéo léo sử dụng các con lăn khác nhau (như trong hình bên dưới) để kích thích các đầu dây thần kinh của cơ thể, đồng thời tạo phản xạ đến hệ thần kinh trung ương, hệ này tác động lên toàn bộ hệ thống cơ thể và tất cả các cơ quan nhằm cải thiện tuần hoàn, nuôi dưỡng và trẻ hóa tế bào của cơ thể. Nhờ vậy, các cơ quan trong cơ thể sẽ được điều hòa, kiểm tra đúng mực và gián tiếp nhận được năng lượng. Nhờ đó bệnh được chữa lành.
