Dear Mr. Sylvester Turner,

I am Le Thi Thu Cuc, who had a honor to meet you and take some souvenir photos with you in Houston, on May 26, 2023, during the inauguration ceremony of the American-Vietnamese soldiers' monument built by District Councilman J. Edward Pollard.

I was also the person who received a certificate of merit from you for my ability to treat diseases with my «Neuroreflexology Treatment».

When meeting you during the inauguration ceremony of the American-Vietnamese soldiers’ monument, I noticed that you had lost a lot of weight and looked very tired.

We realize that you are a very dedicated and talented official; you need a very good health to serve the US people. So I think I should send this letter to you.

First of all, let me introduce myself. I came to the United States as a political asylee in HO program (Humanitarian Operation).

To live in the United States, I opened an office that treated incurable diseases with my special treatment. I enclose here my business card.

This treatment was invented by me in 1987, called «Neuroreflexology Treatment». I have been applying it to successfully treat incurable diseases for over 36 years and 6 months (3 years in Vietnam and 33 years in the USA), with proving records and images taken before and after the treatment.

This «Neuroreflexology Treatment» is a therapeutic method based on the physiology anatomy and the autonomic nerves system, it needs neither any medicine, nor acupuncture needles. We only skillfully use various rollers (as shown in picture below) to stimulate the nerves ending of the body, and to create reflex to the central nervous system which affects all the body’s system and all the organs to improve the circulation and to nourish and rejuvenate the cells of the body. So, the body’s organs will be regulated, properly controlled and indirectly energized. Thereby the disease will be cured.

With this Treatment, I have been also devotedly serving American veterans and many other ethnicities in Houston for more than thirty years.

So TV 8 of Houston Public Media and VOA radio have come to my office to interview Patients with Multiple Sclerosis. TV 8 has shown many times the images of patients who have been cured.

Because of that, I have been awarded by 4 generations of mayors: Lee Brown, Bill White, Barkers, and Turner, who offered me certificates of merit;

And President Bill Clinton, President Chen Heng (of Cambodia), Senator John Cornin, Judge Robert Eckels, Congressman Al Green also honored me as an Annual Outstanding Citizen.

So, I earnestly ask you to allow me the honor of taking care of you with my medical treatment to help you gain your health, regain your vitality to serve your people more durably.

That is my way to render thanks to the USA, this great nation, who has maintained by charity to us, the Vietnamese who fled from the communists, for more than 48 years.
